Lunch Problems

I have had it with lunch!!!! I am so sick of the same sandwich I have every day! I want ideas for a nutritious lunch that will not shorten my life span of cause me to vomit at track practice. Someone please give me some ideas! Enlighten my life with lunch ideas!

so, i was thinking that you could try this for a balanced meal that would be easy for on-the-go, rushed mornings: an apple, a water bottle, crackers, cheese cubes, vegie sticks, slices of turkey/ham (you could also add a sweet-n-salty bar for extra food). with that, you wouldn't want to vomit at track practice and that is very balanced and easy to pack the night before or in advance. best of luck coming up with a good lunch.

I think those lunch dishes sound good... but one thing's for sure. If you don't want to die, don't go to Burger King. I would suggest some greasy pizza instead. Yumm!! Or maybe you could try some commy cookies... STALIN! HAHAHA!

I had this crisis a while ago...



I make peanut butter variations:

>pb&j (strawberry)
>pb&bannana (helps prevent cramps for sports)
>pb&bacon on toast (sounds wierd...really really really really good...)

It's fairly quick and doesn't involve the sharp knife in the morning...


You could also make a sandwich on a tortilla rather than bread...nice variation...


I also throw in a type of fruit (apple sause, apple, plum, anything in the refrigerator) and a drink...not too much food, but enough...
